Clean and well-maintained rooms stood out during my stay.
The heating in our room was inadequate, making it uncomfortable on a cold night. Although the staff provided an electric heater, it did little to solve the issue. the parking situation was chaotic and poorly organized, creating unnecessary stress during checkout.

where do I begin? the cleanliness was absolutely subpar, as the bedding felt dirty and I had to fight for more toilet roll. i expected that as a guest, i might at least receive a room upgrade after such inconveniences, but no, just the same mediocre room. not impressed, i almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

Cute Amsterdam getaway 🇳🇱
Really loved that we had a balcony with a nice view, and the daily housekeeping was on point! Super lekker breakfast spread. The restaurant had good vibes for dinner.
The shower pressure was a bit of a flop, could've been stronger.

I had a wonderful stay at Mosaic. The location offered easy access to public transport and nearby dining options, which allowed me to easily explore Amsterdam's vibrant streets. Just a good match for a hurried visit in Amsterdam with good price value. The location was nice, only a 15-minute walk to major areas. Try to secure bottled water before arriving since there’s none available at the hotel.

I had a lovely stay in a Twin Room at Hotel Mosaic City Centre. The highlight was the private balcony which offered a nice view and let in lots of natural light. The restaurant was a fantastic surprise, with affordable yet delicious meals and unlimited drinks like tea and coffee. Plus, the daily housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy, much appreciated after a long day of exploring!
The mattresses in the double bed were slipping.
